Electronic twister tester

This tool is used to determine the number of torsions on single yarns, S, Z and Open End bended.

The available tests are the classic ones, such as the de-torsion and the re-torsion on single yarns, the direct one for the de-torsion of bended yarns and filaments, “Shultz” for de-torsion, torsion and double check for Open End yarns.
The spinning speed of the clamp can vary from 0 to 800 spins per minute.
It is possible to set the distance between the clamps from 1 and 50 cm, corresponding to 0,5 and 20 inches. A very precise elongation device measures the variation of the lengthening from 0 to 100 mm. The standard equipment provides a set of 7 weights for pre-tension between 1 and 50 gr, but it is also possible to have heavier weights as an optional.
It is provided with a touch screen panel, which allows full control of the machine’s functions, beyond providing the memorization of the acquired data, the possible printing and their filing to be able to repeat and compare the analysis through time. It is, also, provided with a network port and a USB port, which allow the connection to the company Internet and to possible peripherals.
