Electronic dynamometer for traction resistance test (CRE).

Thanks to the provided software, it is suitable for any kind of test: traction, compression, hysteresis, delaminating, sawing and laceration sliding. Moreover, it is possible to use it, not only on the fabrics and on the yarns for which it is created, also on other materials and in all the fields, from paper to plastic to the metals.
The extreme precision, the wide range of clamps at disposal, the structure realized entirely in varnished iron with epoxy high-temperature varnish, make this dynamometer a very versatile tool, made to operate both in laboratories and in production sectors.
The transmission movement system is made through recirculating ball screw; the screw is supported by two lateral bars, which make the moving system very strong and rigid, also in case of high loads, thus guaranteeing elevate performances and precise measurements.
Both the hardware and the software are entirely designed and developed by C.& B. Tessile, guaranteeing, thanks to their long experience, a perfect compatibility with the normative. The management fluidity, make the tool easy to use, responding to all the management exigencies, data needed by our clients. The Ten.A.Tex 3 dynamometer is connected to a computer, which directs the whole tool with no need of manual intervention from the operator, if not to put the sample to be tested in test position and select the normative to be executed.
Through simple selections, it is possible to chose the normative to use, preparing the parameters for the test. Moreover, it is possible to associate, beyond the automatic parameters as date and hour, type and parameters of the test, other useful data such as provider, material, production batch, etc.
The results of the several typologies of test or normative to which it has been subject can be associated to every catalogued sample.
It is possible to save and print all the inserted or obtained data, as, for instance, load, lengthening, sawing openings, elastic recovery, etc. uniting them with the type of curve among the available ones. All the data is exportable on a spreadsheet (Excel type).
All the information is available and therefore they can be visualized, and printed, on other computers too, even if not directly connected to the tool. C.& B. Tessile provides assistance remotely on the use of the software and on the realizations of the tests. With the authorization of the operator and if the computer is provided with Internet connection, out technician can provide assistance remotely, in all the test phases.
The dynamometer Texatex can be entirely calibrated by the client: under request, C&B Tessile can release in any moment the calibration of the tool.
